Partnership

One of the common complaints of married women is that their husbands have time for everyone-else but them. Actually this is what they are implying when they make statements like “he doesn’t care” or “he doesn’t appreciate what I do”. Frankly it hurts to be the one who is always giving but never receiving. After a while you find it difficult to make any sense of it and naturally tend to think you are being taken advantaged of.

The Church Today

Today the church of Jesus Christ has become so outward-looking, leading to the ignoring our own. Very few Christians really know the basics. Most can’t tell the difference between God’s voice and that of the devil or their emotions. You talk of prayer and very few really understand how to pray biblical and practical prayers that yield results. Many of us have become so dependent on others to teach us the Bible that we hardly read it ourselves. Majority of us know little or nothing about things like concordances, and commentaries. I mean, what is the point, when beneath all the glamor and noise there is little substance if any at all.

Christianity Now

Just look around you, how many Christians do you know who go beyond the Sunday praise and worship to manifest Christ in their daily routines. What a difference it will make if rather than being told to pray you are actually shown how to pray. How about a practical step by step on how to hear God’s voice, how to tell the will of God in any given situation, how to fast biblically, how to walk in divine health and how to heal. Unfortunately, the problem is creeping into our pulpits. We are running after so many other materials when the Bible is mostly all we need. The strength of every army is the collective strength of its soldiers. It isn’t enough to have a few giants; every Christian must be a threat to the kingdom of hell. The time has come for us to turn our attention back to the church. We must see to it that the children of God are growing to become men and women of God.

The Vision

This is the vision of Carlis Biney Ministries, to make every believer an effective and active contributor to all Kingdom purposes. To once again create the awareness of who we really are as Christians and what we are capable of. So today, I ask you to join me in this endeavor. I ask you to partner with me to break the yoke of God’s people so they can be effective arrows in the master’s quaver. Come lend a hand to our wounded, dismayed, disoriented, discouraged, despondent, deprived and malnourished comrades. Let’s raise up an exceeding great army. In Mark 16:14-16Mark 16:14-16

14 Afterward he was revealed to the eleven themselves as they sat at the table, and he rebuked them for their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they didn’t believe those who had seen him after he had risen. 15 He said to them, “Go into all the world, and preach the Gospel to the whole creation. 16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who disbelieves will be condemned.
